Xia Meilin and Lu Yifeng returned to their room. They didn't do anything, Xia Meilin was just watching Lu Yifeng sleep in her arms.

　　She stared at him for a while as she continued stroking his soft hair. Even if she wasn't able to understand some of what he was trying to say to her, one thing is for sure, he was sincerely apologizing to her. Because of this, her heart continued to soften up for him.

　　It wasn't long before she fell asleep beside him, accompanying him in having an afternoon nap.

　　By the time she woke up, she saw Lu Yifeng, reading a book for Little Melon who was sitting on his lap. Lu Yifeng's deep voice was like a cello, it was pleasing to her ears.

　　When she sat up, Lu Yifeng turned to her with a gentle look on his face. "Dinner will be ready soon."

　　"Okay. Can we have some apple pork ribs for tonight?"

　　"Mm." Lu Yifeng smiled, he already knows that she was going to ask for it, that's why he already ordered a maid to prepare one for dinner.

　　"Good evening momma." Little Melon went to her and gave her a kiss on her cheek.

　　"Here's my adorable prince~" Xia Meilin hugged him in her arms and nuzzled the tip of his nose which made the little boy giggle.

　　"Mommmaaa!" Little Melon's cute giggles filled the room.

　　Lu Yifeng watched the two quietly from the side. It warmed his heart when he saw how his family was in front of him. His family was full of smiles. Their smiles could brighten up anything around him and he will do his best to protect those smiles.
